Back and Neck Problems

It is estimated that up to 80% of the population will experience back pain at some stage in their life and during one year up to half of the adult population will have back pain. Some common back and neck problems people experience include:
  • Nerve Pain
  • Acute Back Pain
  • Chronic Back Pain
  • Posture and Muscle Dysfunction relating to the spine
  • Whiplash Associated Disorder
  • Cervicogenic Headaches and Migraines

Headaches can develop from pressure or damage to the neck or spine. Cervicogenic Headaches are usually a result of incorrect posture, a whiplash injury or certain diseases. A Physiotherapist can determine if your neck is the cause or contributing factor to your headache.
